DualUp Group is a registered Indian software development and marketing consulting company. We specialize in developing technology solutions, mobile applications, websites, marketing strategies, and business growth consultations. DualUp Group is also the parent company of brands including Stufer, Emplokart, and other upcoming ventures.

DualUp Group provides a combination of software development, marketing consultation, and digital transformation services to businesses, startups, and individuals. These services may include but are not limited to:

• Website and mobile application development
• Digital marketing and social media management
• Business strategy and growth consultation
• Branding, graphic design, and advertising
• Technology consulting, automation, and CRM integration

In certain special cases, DualUp Group may offer free or partially subsidized services to select startups or businesses. These free services are provided in exchange for a negotiated equity, partnership, or share in the client's company. This model is designed to support early-stage startups in exchange for a long-term collaboration.

All such arrangements are governed by written agreements, mutually signed between DualUp Group and the respective company, clearly defining share percentages, partnership terms, and responsibilities.

DualUp Group reserves the right to provide certain services free of cost to specific clients or partners under an equity-based collaboration. This includes situations where DualUp contributes development, marketing, or business resources in return for a share of ownership in the client company.

• All equity or share-based collaborations must be agreed upon in writing before the commencement of work.
• DualUp Group retains rights to its created intellectual property until all share transfer documents are executed.
• If the client fails to deliver agreed shares or ownership documents, DualUp Group may suspend or revoke service access.

All source code, creative designs, marketing content, and software systems developed by DualUp Group remain its exclusive property unless explicitly transferred by written agreement. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reuse of our materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

Clients who receive deliverables under paid or equity arrangements may only use them for intended business purposes as agreed. DualUp Group retains the right to display non-confidential work samples for portfolio or marketing purposes.

DualUp Group respects the confidentiality of all clients and partners. Any information shared during collaboration — including business plans, source codes, marketing strategies, or client data — will be treated as confidential and not disclosed to any third party without consent, except as required by law.

Likewise, clients agree to maintain confidentiality of DualUp Group's proprietary tools, internal documentation, and methodologies.

For paid projects, clients agree to make payments as per the milestone schedule mentioned in their proposal or invoice. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

For equity-based or free service arrangements, the financial or shareholding terms are agreed mutually in advance. Once agreed, these terms are legally binding and enforceable as per Indian law.

DualUp Group and its team members shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service involved.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of any third-party services or APIs integrated within projects, as such systems are controlled by external vendors.

DualUp Group reserves the right to terminate any project, contract, or free service agreement at its discretion if:

• The client violates these Terms or acts in bad faith.
• The client provides false or misleading business information.
• The agreed equity or partnership terms are not honored.

Upon termination, DualUp Group may retain rights to all completed or in-progress work until dues or share transfers are fulfilled.

Our website and digital materials may contain links to external websites or brands, including our subsidiaries such as Stufer and Emplokart. These links are provided for user convenience only. DualUp Group does not endorse or control these third-party websites and is not responsible for their content or privacy policies.

DualUp Group provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient services, we do not guarantee absolute error-free performance, uptime, or outcomes.

We collect and process user and client data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in India. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal and business information. By using our services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
